With ten years of experience in the R&D of transport network products, as well as experience in diverse energy industries — electric power and oil — Chen Xiaozhou has in-depth understanding of communications in these industries. Mr. Chen is a senior member of the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE) and has drafted the Liquid OTN Standard for the Electric Power Industry in standards organizations such as CSEE, IEC, and IEEE, to support digital transformation.
