Huawei OceanStor 2200 V5 Intelligent Hybrid Flash Storage System is an entry-level storage product designed for enterprise applications. It combines a converged storage Operating System (OS), a powerful next generation hardware platform, and intelligent management software to provide industry-leading features, efficiency, reliability, and intelligent Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
OceanStor 2200 V5 meets the general data storage requirements of growing enterprises — including Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database and file sharing — as well as providing the backward and forward compatibility required for the development of new services. In addition to providing efficient, flexible, and diverse backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring service continuity and data reliability, the product offers excellent storage services to customers, making it well suited to governments as well as enterprises working in the energy, media, education, and healthcare sectors.
With the convergence of flash storage, Storage Area Network (SAN), Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and storage resource pools — and with the latest OceanStor OS installed — OceanStor 2200 V5 provides a converged, flexible, and unified resource pool, ensuring data is reliable and easy to access.
A flash-optimized design ensures that the storage system provides under 1 ms stable and fast Input/Output (I/O) response while processing massive service access requests, meeting high performance requirements.
The system offers 99.9999% availability at both product and solution levels.
Smart fault diagnosis enables automatic fault location, based on host-storage path visualization and performance association analysis.
