OptiX OSN 9800 OTN Platform

Huawei’s OptiX OSN 9800 is a next-generation high-capacity, intelligent, and converged optical and packet Optical Transmission Network (OTN) platform for 100G and beyond.

Based on the industry-leading T-bit universal switching platform, the platform supports OTN, Virtual Circuit (VC) and Packet (PKT). A high level of integration and a modular design enable service access from 2 Mbit/s to 400 Gigabit Ethernet (GE), with transmission of 100G/200G/400G/800G per lambda, which can be seamlessly expanded to 1T/2T.

Integrated with Multiprotocol Label Switching–Transport Profile (MPLS-TP), OptiX OSN 9800 is designed for the challenges brought about by the explosive growth of the cloud era.
