On April 25, during the 4th Digital China Summit, the Digital Silk Road & China – ASEAN Smart City International Cooperation Forum was held in Fuzhou, China. Representatives of governments, cities, and enterprises from China and ASEAN countries shared their experience in building smart cities at the event aimed at deepening consensus on smart city cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.
Recently, Huawei's Enterprise Business Group (BG) released its strategic plan for partner business in 2021. This award builds on the success of 2020, when Huawei OptiXtrans DC908 grabbed the special prize in network infrastructure at Interop.
Huawei's Next-Generation High-Performance Inter-DC Storage Network today won the Runners-up of Interop Tokyo 2021 Best of Show Award in the Cloud Computing (Infrastructure) category. Official reviews from the organizing committee stated, "The solution uses the NVMe over RoCE network protocol and combines three types of devices to achieve high reliability, low latency, and high-bandwidth and cost-effective transmission among data centers." This is the first international award the solution, better known as NoF+, has received.
Huawei SmartLi UPS won the "Special Prize" in the Cloud Computing Best of Show Award category on April 14 at Interop Tokyo 2021. SmartLi UPS is a digital power star product, with ultra-high reliability, ultra-high power density, ultra-high efficiency, and super intelligence.

In the report, Huawei was named as Customers' Choice in 2021 for Gartner Network Firewalls with its large-scale global deployment, strong competitiveness, and excellent customer service. Huawei's overall Peer Insights rating reached 4.9/5 this year, ranking No. 1 among all global vendors.
The "Intelligent OptiX Accelerating Gigabit Optical Network Construction" summit — part of Huawei Analyst Summit 2021 — was held on April 13 in Shenzhen, China. Notable industry experts and representatives were invited to discuss methods of accelerating gigabit optical network construction and enriching application scenarios.
