Huawei to Build Building Information Modeling in Shanghai

SHANGHAI, Sep 04, 2013 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- At the 2013 Huawei Cloud Congress (HCC2013) held in Shanghai, vice chairman of the telecom equipment supplier said that the company will focus on cloud computing datacenter solutions oriented to the future including server, storage, datacenter network, cloud operating system and cloud management.

Huawei Technologies harvested operating revenue of USD 800 million to USD 1 billion a year from IT products like cloud computing and storage.

The company declared that it will jointly build Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Shanghai Tower, a local new landmark. Shanghai Tower will operate BIM in the future.
