Huawei Inaugurates "Huawei Global Partner Visitor Program" to Strengthen Global Channel Partner Collaboration

Shenzhen, China, April 26, 2013 - Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, recently inaugurated the "Huawei Global Partner Visitor Program", bringing together the first delegation of over 10 channel partners from Brazil for a trip to Huawei’s headquarters in Shenzhen.

As part of Huawei’s continuous efforts to strengthen collaboration and integration with partners and deliver innovative and customer-centric products and solutions, the "Huawei Global Partner Visitor Program" is a platform for channel partners to understand Huawei’s innovation in ICT, learn more about implementation of Huawei products and solutions and successful case studies, and further explore collaboration opportunities with Huawei.

The inauguration visit has also received positive feedback from partners. "Huawei possesses such a broad portfolio of products and solutions, and Huawei’s scale and capabilities are way beyond what we previously imagined," said Mr. Fernando Joranhezon and Mr. Antonio Carlos Filho, President and CTO of NCT Informática, following their visit to Shenzhen. "We hope to further strengthen cooperation between NCT and Huawei in more product domains and we are certainly confident in Huawei’s expansion in the Brazilian enterprise market."

The first delegation of "Huawei Global Partner Visitor Program" visited a number of Huawei facilities in Shenzhen between April 16 and 19, including the Huawei Enterprise Business Group Exhibition Hall, Huawei’s Data Center and Manufacturing Center, followed by visits to Huawei’s R&D centers in Beijing and Shanghai. Participants of the first delegation showed a strong interest in Huawei’s products and solutions, in particular, container data centers, data center switches, and the eSpace Safe City Solution. The delegation also enjoyed in-depth discussions with Huawei’s experts in various enterprise technology domains.
