Huawei announced partnership for enterprise communication solutions in Brazil with Global Red Tecnologia LTDA. on May 17th, 2010. Global Red became officially the solution integrator for Huawei IPCC, IP-PBX/UC solutions in Brazil. Global Red will provide installation service and professional service for Huawei products such as UAP8100, CTI, recording, IVR, UMS, SoftCo 9500, SoftCo 5816, SoftCo UMS, eServer, IAD, EGW, IP Phones, etc. Huawei will provide training and support to Global Red technicians and engineers.
