Huawei awarded its second “Support Staff Excellence” Certification by TSIA

[Las Vegas, USA, October 16, 2018] The Huawei Enterprise Global Service Center (GSC) in Mexico has been designated a Certified Support Staff Excellence Center by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). This prestigious award was presented to Huawei during the TSIA Technology and Services World (TSW) Conference in Las Vegas. It marks the second Huawei support center to receive this honor, after the Huawei support center in Romania received the award last year.

TSIA partners with training authority Miller Heiman Group to provide the Support Staff Excellence (SSE) Program™ certification. During their TSW Conferences TSIA annually recognizes the organizations that deliver outstanding customer service through the continuous development of support staff capabilities. The SSE Program™ is a world-renowned support-staff development program that enables the delivery of a superior customer service experience.

The Huawei GSC consistently delivers a top-tier customer experience, and this SSE Certification demonstrates the ambition to continuously improve the service delivery and customer experience.
