Maintenance Service

Huawei develops and offers a maintenance service solution for customers who purchase Huawei products. Based on the warranty service, this solution improves the response time and rate of related services, such as troubleshooting and spare parts delivery, and helps customers maintain a more efficient and stable network environment. The solution offers service plans, such as, Hi-Care, Co-Care, defective part retention services, and many more. Customers can select the specific maintenance service package they need for their maintenance requirements.

Software Subscription and Support

Huawei provides customers with Software Subscription and Support Service, including SnS and Software Advanced Support. The SnS service enables customers who have purchased software licenses to obtain updates and new features¹, including updated licenses and technical support services within the contract period. In addition, customers can choose to purchase the Software Advanced Support service to receive onsite software assurance services. Huawei Software Subscription and Support Service has been widely used in multiple software fields, such as cloud computing, big data, software-defined networking (SDN), and videos? ¹Some software features may be sold separately for some products. Security Verification Service

Huawei offers a Security Verification Service (SVS), allowing customers to carry out source code inspection and conduct security tests on Huawei products, in a dedicated and secure verification environment. Customers can submit a service request by contacting Huawei’s local sales team or representatives, Huawei will review the request and schedule the verification environment.
