[Shanghai, China, September 23, 2020] At HUAWEI CONNECT 2020, Huawei officially launched the fully upgraded Huawei Talent Online 2.0. The platform is a new type of online learning experience that is more hands-on and practical. It not only presents online experiments that encourage convenient learning but also provides "Four Ones" experience that optimizes partner registration, class and course opening, and operations. Ultimately, Huawei Talent Online 2.0 offers an improved user experience.
At last year's HUAWEI CONNECT, Huawei launched Huawei Talent Online 1.0, which this new version builds upon. Today, the end-to-end one-stop service platform houses 217 high-quality courses, attracting 800,000 users around the world. In addition, 1276 Huawei ICT Academies/Huawei Authorized Learning Partners (HALPs) have registered on the platform, expanding the scope of courses and the range of knowledge available to users. So far in 2020, Huawei has certified over 90,000 users, greatly improving their career prospects. At the same time, over 50,000 people from 62 countries participated in the platform's "Learn On" action plan, pursuing ICT learning during the pandemic.
Huawei Talent Online 2.0 offers two main upgrades:
• Online experiments facilitate access to experimental resources: Users can obtain experiment permissions, conduct experiments, and find experiment reports on the platform to practice hands-on skills and verify learning results. To date, Huawei Talent Online has released 10 experimental courses in both Chinese and English covering four technical fields: Intelligent Computing, Kunpeng Application Developer, Cloud Service, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• "Four Ones" experience helps partners operate more efficiently: The upgraded platform enables Huawei ICT Academies/HALPs to register, open classes, start courses, and prepare experimental resources within one minute. They can also collect core data such as organizations, trainers, classes, courses, and experiments.

"We expect to see large-scale growth in Huawei's talent ecosystem business over the next five years. There will be 10,000 Huawei ICT Academies, 1.5 million annual ICT learners, and additional 350,000 certification participants each year. That's why it's so essential to provide users with a simple experience-based platform. We will build Huawei Talent Online into a multi-tenant, cloud-based, and service-oriented platform to construct a healthy ICT talent ecosystem," said Xue Feng, Huawei Talent Online Chief Architect.

We will continue to optimize Huawei Talent Online. Our users will enjoy richer content and an ever-improving user experience. This will streamline learning and certification for trainees, supporting their capacity building, value growth, and ultimately employment. At the same time, partners will operate more efficiently and develop talent quickly, which will in turn facilitate business success.
Huawei Talent Online cultivates ICT talent, thus contributing to the rapid development of the ICT industry.
HUAWEI CONNECT 2020 is an annual flagship event hosted by Huawei for the global ICT industry, and is being held in Shanghai from September 23 to 26, 2020.
