Dhipaya Partners with Huawei, DataOne Asia, and Sinosoft to Build a Future-Ready Core Platform

[Beijing, China, December 9, 2025]Huawei today announced a major strategic partnership to upgrade the IT infrastructure of Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (“Dhipaya Insurance”), one of Thailand’s leading insurers, marking a significant step toward transforming the company into the “insurance provider of the future.” In collaboration with Sinosoft Co.,Ltd., (“Sinosoft”), China’s leading insurance software provider, and DataOne Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“DataOne”), a top system integrator in Thailand, the three parties will jointly modernize Dhipaya Insurance’s core insurance platform to enable the development of new, customer-centric products and services.

Dhipaya Insurance's next-generation core platform is built on a joint solution from Huawei Digital Finance BU and Sinosoft. Leveraging Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS), GaussDB databases, and high-performance storage and network, the solution delivers robust and reliable support for system upgrades. It represents a new milestone in the global rollout of Huawei's Financial Partner RongHai Program.
