Converged Communication Solution for Chemical Industry
Various systems in chemical parks are independently constructed, making cross-departmental and multi-level communication difficult to achieve. The inspection methods for production command are singular and opaque, leading to high costs in command coordination and resource allocation in chemical parks. Additionally, in emergency scenarios, communication and command between the front and rear lines can be poor, and data cannot be transmitted back in time, resulting in an inability to respond and handle sudden situations quickly and accurately. This solution supports the intelligent command and dispatch business of chemical customers, meets daily communication needs, and helps customers improve production scheduling efficiency and safety operation levels. The northbound open interface enables unified application access; the southbound open interface connects multi-format terminals. A single network connects multiple systems across departments, carrying voice, video, and data services, enabling unified command and dispatch. Based on real-time data, it achieves global visibility in petrochemical production, intelligent real-time scheduling, ensuring fast information transmission, clear situation awareness, and flexible personnel allocation, providing strong support for scientific decision-making and rapid response, making production and operation safer and more efficient.
Benefits
Architecture
The architecture consists of the terminal layer, network layer, platform layer, and application layer. The application layer is developed based on the open SDK interface of the integrated communication platform, with upper-layer application scenarios including daily communication scheduling, AI application linkage, and health monitoring. The platform layer is the business system and access gateway of integrated communication, serving as the foundational platform for integrated scheduling, connecting to various lower-layer terminals, and realizing integrated communication. It provides a unified interface to the upper-layer application layer, offering capabilities such as audio and video. The network layer includes various communication networks, providing pipelines for terminal access, comprising wired and wireless networks. Wired networks involve wired telephone systems, emergency broadcasting systems, video surveillance systems, etc.; wireless networks involve WiFi networks, 5G networks (including public and private networks), emergency private networks, etc. The terminal layer includes terminal devices used in various business scenarios, such as wired telephones, broadcast telephones, cameras, public network phones, private network terminals, conference terminals, etc.
