By driving the improvement of core product competitiveness, he builds a value-sharing ecosystem with partners, jointly develop scenario-based solutions, and build consulting, integration, and auxiliary operation capabilities to solve customer problems and create value for customers.

Leo Chen has been working in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. He has held numerous key positions at Huawei, including President of Huawei Southern Africa Region, Vice President of Huawei China Region, Vice President of Huawei Africa, and Head of China Mobile Account Dept. He has extensive experience in enterprise management, strategic planning, marketing, and product and solution sales in the global carrier, government, and enterprise markets.
