The Unidad de Servicios Para la Educación Básica en el Estado de Querétaro (USEBEQ) is the decentralized public authority responsible for managing and operating basic education (preschool, primary, and secondary) in the State of Querétaro, Mexico. As the primary guardian of regional education, USEBEQ is committed to providing inclusive, equitable, and high-quality services. Their vision is to integrate 21st-century digital competencies into the public school system, preparing students for a globalized future.
Prior to this digital overhaul, the public education system in Querétaro faced systemic hurdles:
