The use of Huawei solutions brought Sona Business considerable benefits. The company has seen a significant reduction in downtime since the modernization. Sona was also impressed with the service provided by the Huawei team – as an incident on Christmas Eve shows. “It was December 24th and we suddenly had an outage that significantly disrupted our services. Despite the holiday, the Huawei team responded immediately and solved our problem in no time at all,” says Harjani.
