في إطار اهتمامهم بالابتكار وخلق مجتمعات سعيدة، وفي ظل توجه الدولة نحو التوسع في إنشاء المدن الذكية لتحقيق الرفاهية والأمان، وقعت شركة "ماونتن فيو للاستثمار العقارى" اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية مع شركة "هواوي تكنولوجيز" الرائدة عالميا في مجال الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، لتطوير تكنولوجيا البنية التحتية بمشاريع Mountain View icity، لتصبح أول مدينة تفاعلية ذكية سعيدة في مصر باستثمارات تخطت المليون دولار، وفق ما ذكره البيان الصادر بتاريخ 29 ديسمبر.
