Huawei FusionCol8000-C is a smart cooling product that combines fan wall and chilled water cooling technologies — including advanced chillers, water pumps, and pipes — to bring better, more efficient cooling to data centers.
FusionCol8000-C offers efficiency, reliability, and simplicity, helping to build the next generation of green data centers, designed for medium- to large-size switch rooms, industry control rooms, computer rooms, prefabricated data centers, standard test rooms, and calibration centers.
With Huawei's key iCooling@AI technology making cooling systems smart, improved Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) is also achieved with support for inlet water temperatures up to 20°C. In addition, adopting a wet-film humidifier enables isenthalpic humidification, saving up to 95% of energy compared to an electrode humidifier.
Ensure uninterrupted cooling during power switchover with dual auto-switch power supplies and dual 6 kV surge protection and power detection. In addition, hot swappable control and auxiliary power modules enable online maintenance, with the motor and driver separated to enhance fan reliability.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) is made easy with an intelligent malfunction self-diagnosis tool and a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and interface that displays temperature and humidity curves for the last 30 days. In addition, the system maintains a horizontal air flow, eliminating the need for a raised floor to help reduce the physical footprint.
