On April 28, during Huawei Intelligent Africa Congress 2026, Huawei Enterprise Service & Software Forum was successfully held in Cairo, Egypt. Over 150 customers and partners attended the event. Based on the B.O.I.T service journey, Huawei shared its planning, construction, O&M, and training service solutions and best practices. Huawei invited partners to jointly launch the Northern Africa Quality Service Alliance.
In the opening speech, Osman Li, Vice President of Huawei Northern Africa Enterprise Delivery & Service, stated: “Go Intelligent, Win Together, in Africa, for Africa.” He added that “Huawei has been deeply rooted in North Africa for 28 years, establishing local offices and service teams in 28 countries. Each year, Huawei supports over 150 major events and completes more than 1,000 emergency network restorations, helping customers address localized issues such as unstable power supply and equipment failures.” Looking ahead, Huawei will continue to build intelligent and innovative solutions based on the B.O.I.T service journey, aligning with the development of the AI era.
This forum follows the B.O.I.T process, key highlights include scenario-based service solutions, intelligent customer service, mobile finance, intelligent industry O&M, computing platform services, resilient target network integration, etc.
Hossam Abdelsalam, CEO and co-founder of Huawei partner ISYS, Ahmed Mohamed Jabber,Huawei service&software solution expert,Mohab ElZawawy, Huawei O&M expert in Northern Africa, and Yasser Shaheen, Huawei project manager of the ISYS project, joined a panel discussion about how Huawei Added Values in ATM Network and to What Level Technology Empowers Financial Operation & Maintenance Resilience.
At the end of the forum, Huawei, customers, and partners jointly launched the “Service Consistency, Better Experience - Northern Africa Enterprise Partner Quality Service Alliance”. In the future, Huawei will deepen cooperation with alliance members to continuously improve partners' service capabilities and jointly create a better comprehensive service experience for customers.
