HNS 2024 | Huawei Launches Xinghe Intelligent SASE Solution Experience Plan to Accelerate Cyber Security Intelligence in Middle East and Central Asia

[Baku, Azerbaijan, May 13, 2024] The Middle East and Central Asia leg of Huawei Network Summit 2024 was held in Baku, Azerbaijan. At the summit, Huawei released the Xinghe Intelligent SASE experience plan for the Middle East and Central Asia region and invited customers and partners to experience first-hand the highly intelligent and high-quality network security solution. Huawei Xinghe Intelligent SASE experience plan aims to promote cyber security intelligence so that all industries can accelerate their pace into the intelligence era.

AI is making waves globally, and is becoming a key driving force for innovation and economic growth in the Middle East and Central Asia. For instance, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) issued the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031, which positions AI development as a key national strategy. As a key part of ICT infrastructure, network security is becoming increasingly intelligent. DemoCloud is a cloud demonstration, verification, and learning platform developed by Huawei for partners and customers. Based on the platform, Huawei builds a real Xinghe intelligent SASE environment ready for demonstration and verification at any time. Participants can experience the capabilities of the five modules of the Xinghe Intelligent SASE Solution.

First, network deployment. Configuring new sites and provisioning services for multi-branch enterprises is complex. Customers can experience how to accelerate service deployment and provisioning through centralized deployment and email-based deployment.

Second, user experience. Enterprises are greatly concerned with how they can ensure the experience of mission-critical services. Customers can learn how to use more than 6000 application identification technologies as well as multiple traffic steering technologies to automatically optimize service experience.

At the summit, Adrian Chirita, Principal Network Security and AI Research Expert, Huawei European Research Center, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Xinghe Intelligent SASE — Building an Integrated Intelligent Security System for Enterprises". In his speech, he introduced the four core capabilities of Huawei Xinghe Intelligent SASE Solution — cloud, network, edge, and endpoint — and mentioned that this solution recently won the "Cloud Security Innovator of the Year" award jointly issued by ITP Media Group and UAE Cyber Security Council.
