Huawei released its training services in 1997 and has since been committed to cultivating ICT talent. With over 30 years of experience, Huawei offers comprehensive talent development solutions to global customers, which involve talent planning, talent cultivation, talent assessment, and talent operations. We aim to achieve digital and intelligent transformation across industries through giving professionals more choice of training.
To date, Huawei's Learning & Certification Services Dept has established 31 training centers worldwide, with a dedicated team of over 1300 lecturers. We have served over 1000 industry customers, empowering more than 3.5 million individuals and certifying 1 million professionals.

The digital leadership training service is primarily designed for managers who are responsible for creating a vision for digital and intelligent transformation. They should possess a high level of market acumen and a strong awareness of digital intelligence in order to lead development and innovation.
The industry digital talent training service mainly targets business talents who are responsible for planning and implementing digital and intelligent transformation solutions. They should be capable of seamlessly integrating transformative thinking and tools into practical business scenarios and explore new avenues that open thereafter.
The ICT technical training service is designed for technical talents who are responsible for developing and maintaining digital and intelligent systems, and providing O&M support for ICT infrastructure. They should possess specialized expertise in digital and intelligent technologies such as could computing big data, AI.
Huawei certifications, part of the Huawei's "platform + ecosystem" strategy, are designed to nurture ICT talent across Cloud, Software/Hardware, and Infrastructure. They include three levels: Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA), Professional (HCIP), and Expert (HCIE), aiming to build a sound ICT talent ecosystem for the digital-intelligent era.
