Huawei "Imagine Wi-Fi 7" Program (Season 2) Awards Ceremony Successfully Held

[Dubai, UAE, October 17, 2024] During GITEX GLOBAL 2024, the Huawei "Imagine Wi-Fi 7" Program (Season 2) awards ceremony was successfully held at this year's IP Club Carnival, where coveted awards were presented to three outstanding winners from Pakistan and Uzbekistan. Also at the event, Huawei announced the "Imagine Wi-Fi 7 to Reality" Program for 2025, inviting global Wi-Fi 7 users to embark on an Imagination-to-Reality journey. The Huawei "Imagine Wi-Fi 7" Program was kicked off jointly by industry partners like the IEEE UAE Section and Huawei. Participants in this program can explore and gain first-hand insight into Wi-Fi 7 technologies and specific Wi-Fi 7 applications across industries, and also contribute to talent development in the wireless connectivity domain.

In the "Imagine Wi-Fi 7" Program (Season 2), more than 1000 analysts and pioneers from research institutions, universities, and enterprises in the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and Africa shared their innovative Wi-Fi 7 use cases in specific industry scenarios through online social media. Of them, three outstanding Wi-Fi 7 believers from Pakistan and Uzbekistan were recognized with coveted awards. Specifically, Prof. Hussain Al Ahmad, Chair of the IEEE UAE Section, Jason He, President of Global Enterprise Data Communication Marketing & Solution Sales Department, Huawei, and Shawn Zhao, President of the Campus Network Domain at Data Communication Product Line, Huawei, presented awards to the three winners.

To align with the expectations of numerous Wi-Fi users, Huawei upgraded its "Imagine Wi-Fi 7" activity and kicked off the "Imagine Wi-Fi 7 to Reality" Program for 2025.
