Electricite du Laos (EDL) Case study

EDL is the only power company in Laos, with a total capacity of over 6,373 MW, 43 power plants and over 55,000 kilometers power transmission. Laos is now playing a key role in the Southeast Asia continent, linking countries in economy and culture, with that, Laos has set the goal to upgrade its power transmission and distribution system to a smart grid with high efficiency. In the face of imperfect power grid, and difficult electricity bills recycle.
