This marks the sixth consecutive year Huawei has received this distinction. With its Xinghe AI Campus, Huawei achieved an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on 276 overall responses as of September 2025 — one of the highest among all vendors — and also received the highest score of 4.9 in product capabilities.

The Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer report identifies vendors and products that excel in overall experience and user interest and adoption, providing actionable insights for enterprise purchase decisions.
This year's Voice of the Customer for Enterprise Wired And Wireless LAN Infrastructure evaluated 10 leading industry vendors based on customer reviews of their offerings. Huawei's Xinghe AI High-Quality 10 Gbps Campus Solution received hundreds of customer reviews from Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, spanning government, education, communications, finance, and services sectors. The solution received overall rating of 4.9 out of 5 — one of the highest among all vendors — serving a testament to its broad recognition across industries worldwide.
