[Shenzhen, China, September 24, 2024] Huawei announced that it has been peer-recognized a 2024 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers' Choice in the Voice of the Customer for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure thanks to its Xinghe Intelligent Campus offerings. This marks the fifth year in a row that Huawei has received this distinction. Notably, Huawei receives Customers' Choice distinctions in four of the six customer segments: Midsize Enterprise (50M – 1B USD); Public Sector, Government and Education; Asia/Pacific; and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Huawei peer-recognized as a 2024 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers' Choice for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN InfrastructureAs of June 30, 2024, customers across a wide variety of sectors — including manufacturing, IT services, education, and telecommunication — have reviewed Huawei's Xinghe Intelligent Campus Solution and full series of products (for example, CloudEngine S series campus switches, AirEngine Wi-Fi APs, and iMaster NCE automated and intelligent network management platform) on the Gartner Peer Insights platform. We believe their impressive feedback showed global recognition of Huawei from the industry influence, deployment scales, and mature commercial use perspectives.
Huawei's Xinghe Intelligent Campus Solution follows the philosophy of experience-centric network construction and is dedicated to accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of all industries.
This future-proof solution offers three types of experience upgrade: wireless experience upgrade, application experience upgrade, and operations and maintenance (O&M) experience upgrade.
Wireless experience upgrade: Huawei has taken the lead in launching all-scenario Wi-Fi 7 APs that stand out for smart antennas and converged scheduling technologies. According to Tolly's real-world tests, Huawei's Wi-Fi 7 AP offers a record-high throughput of 13.2 Gbps, delivers 4.33 Gbps speeds for a single terminal, and greatly improves user concurrency. Furthermore, Huawei's innovative Wi-Fi Shield technology takes data transmission security to new levels, thereby avoiding data leakage.
An education customer commented, "The signal of WLAN products is stronger than previous devices deployed in our classroom and office area or dormitory region, the bandwidth also improved, now in our classroom we can achieve smooth online and remote teaching, which improves our work efficiency." [1]
Application experience upgrade: Huawei's application experience assurance solution, first of the kind in the industry, empowers VIP users like CXOs with highest-priority access and uncompromised experience anytime, anywhere. Plus, Huawei's unique Experience-Centric Network Architecture (XNA) engine ensures that key applications such as video conferencing are always in the dedicated fast lane and free from interruptions.
An IT services associate from the telecommunication sector said, "Our company is planning to upgrade our aging network equipment to have a better network experience. Huawei's campus switches became our final choice because they can provide up to 48 ports and support audio and video assurance, which solves the problem of frame freezing in conferences."[2]
O&M experience upgrade: Huawei's unique campus digital map offers health visibility at four levels (network, terminal, user, and application levels), helping O&M engineers quickly locate fault root causes and improving O&M efficiency. In this way, one network engineer can efficiently manage a campus with 10,000 users. Furthermore, AI grouping algorithms are employed to intelligently recommend the time window for energy saving, achieving network energy savings as high as 30%.
A manufacturing customer stated, "iMaster NCE-CampusInsight brings us unprecedented network visualization experience. It provides a granular view of my company's network topology, allowing us to visualize the layout and connectivity of my entire network. Core switches, access switches, and wireless APs can be clearly displayed on the GUI and their status information can be upgraded in real time. This intuitive network visualization allows us to quickly locate problem devices and improve troubleshooting efficiency."[3]
"We're thrilled to be named a Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers' Choice for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure again. We highly appreciate global customers for their continued recognition and trust in Huawei's campus network offerings," said Shawn Zhao, President of the Campus Network Domain, Huawei's Data Communication Product Line. "Staying customer-centric is a principle that Huawei always follows. We value the voice of each customer, which inspires us to constantly make more innovations and breakthroughs."
Mr. Zhao added, "Recently, we launched the newly upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Campus Solution. Its stand-out features include high-quality wired and wireless access anytime, anywhere, flexible and easy-to-manage network architecture, rapid deployment of branch services onto the cloud, no freezing for 10,000 participants in a video conference, and automatic intelligent O&M. This feature-rich solution is a great fit to facilitate enterprise digital transformation."
Until now, Huawei's Xinghe Intelligent Campus products and solutions have been widely used across industries, such as public services, education, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and energy, in more than 170 countries and regions. Huawei keeps innovating its highly competitive Xinghe Intelligent Campus products and solutions, and has, once again, been named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure.
Looking ahead, Huawei's Xinghe Intelligent Campus will continue to take wireless, application, and O&M experience to new heights, ultimately building a solid digital foundation to accelerate the digital and intelligent t transformation of all industries.
