Customers can select the specific maintenance service package they need for their maintenance requirements.
Software Subscription and Support
Huawei provides customers with Software Subscription and Support Service, including SnS and Software Advanced Support. The SnS service enables customers who have purchased software licenses to obtain updates and new features¹, including updated licenses and technical support services within the contract period. In addition, customers can choose to purchase the Software Advanced Support service to receive onsite software assurance services. Huawei Software Subscription and Support Service has been widely used in multiple software fields, such as cloud computing, big data, software-defined networking (SDN), and videos? ¹Some software features may be sold separately for some products. Security Verification Service
Huawei offers a Security Verification Service (SVS), allowing customers to carry out source code inspection and conduct security tests on Huawei products, in a dedicated and secure verification environment. Customers can submit a service request by contacting Huawei’s local sales team or representatives, Huawei will review the request and schedule the verification environment.
