At the ninth Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC), two of Huawei's key customers won prestigious digital transformation awards: the government of Yingtan in Jiangxi Province of China, won the global and China Digital Transformation Award, and Longgang District in Shenzhen, China, won the China Digital Government Innovation Award. In addition, five Huawei customers were shortlisted for intelligent city awards.

During HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei introduced its Intelligent Campus Ecosystem Plan and the intelligent HiCampus solution jointly developed with partners for enterprise customers in China and beyond. At HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei launched its next-generation, intelligent, all-flash storage product, the OceanStor Dorado (OceanStor C series), which runs on the powerful Kunpeng and Ascend processors. The system uses the SmartMatrix fully interconnected, high-reliability architecture, which tolerates the simultaneous failure of 7 out of 8 controllers, ensuring always-on core services.
Today, Huawei unveiled its Intelligent OptiX Network strategy for global enterprises at HUAWEI CONNECT 2019 held in Shanghai. Huawei also launched innovative products across three series: OptiXtrans, OptiXaccess, and OptiXstar (three OptiXs), to cope with all-optical data centers, all-optical transmission, and all-optical campus scenarios.
