Huawei CloudEngine S5735-L is a series of simplified gigabit access switches that provide 12–48 flexible all-GE downlink ports and four fixed GE or 10 GE uplink ports.
CloudEngine S5735-L series switches are designed for scenarios such as enterprise campus network access and gigabit to the desktop. Built on next-generation, high-performance hardware and powered by Huawei’s Versatile Routing Platform (VRP), CloudEngine S5735-L switches feature flexible Ethernet networking, diversified security control, and support for multiple Layer 3 routing protocols — providing higher performance and more powerful service processing capabilities for networks.
Multiple energy-saving technologies, such as port dormancy, automatic port power adjustment, and fanless options achieve gigabit to the desktop in an energy-efficient manner.
Super Virtual Fabric (SVF), with plug-and-play capabilities, virtualizes the core/aggregation switch, access switch, and Access Point (AP) into a single logical device for simplified network O&M.
Supports 802.1X, MAC address, and Portal authentications, dynamically delivers user policies (VLAN, QoS, and ACL), and provides comprehensive mechanisms to fend off Denial of Service (DoS) and user-targeted attacks.
