Huawei OceanProtect E8000 Backup Storage is a high-end product with 2 U disk-controller integration. It can scale to 128 nodes (256 controllers) and is built on end-to-end acceleration with an active-active, high-reliability architecture. In addition, it offers high capacity, efficient reduction, and intelligent convergence, and is widely used for highly efficient enterprise backup and recovery, ensuring data resilience.

2 U 36-slot high-density hardware with 61.44 TB SSDs, delivering 256 PB single-system usable capacity.
Efficient Reduction
Innovative data reduction algorithms support source deduplication, deduplicated replication, and global deduplication, delivering a reduction ratio of up to 72:1—40% higher than the competition.
Intelligent Convergence
One system does the work of two—short- and long-term data retention, saving on total cost of ownership (TCO). It offers resilience and convergence, and ensures zero data loss, with built-in ransomware protection and hardware-level WORM.
