HUAWEI eKit Upgraded 4+10+N Solutions and Partner System to Help SMEs Fully Adopt AI

Barcelona, Spain

[Barcelona, Spain, March 4, 2026] During MWC Barcelona 2026, Huawei held a session themed "HUAWEI eKit: Together for Growth, All Intelligence." At this session, Huawei unveiled its upgraded HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N intelligent solutions for SMEs and the global partner system, aiming to work with partners to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) fully adopt AI.

Ernest Zhang, President of Partner Development and Commercial & Distribution Business at Huawei, said that the company's global distribution business, launched in 2023, has extended its coverage to more than 100 countries and regions. It has built a network of more than 200 gold distribution partners and 24,000 installer partners. To help SMEs overcome key obstacles in their digital and intelligent transformation, such as limited awareness, insufficient technical support, and a lack of practical, scalable applications, Huawei has been steadily increasing its R&D investment in its distribution business. More than 2,000 employees are now dedicated to developing HUAWEI eKit products and solutions, with a focus on four key scenarios: intelligent office, business, education, and healthcare. By delivering competitive products and scenario-based solutions tailored to real-world needs, Huawei is helping SMEs bridge the last mile toward an intelligent future.

At the session, Huawei announced four major enhancements for its global distribution partners and users. These include: more 4+10+N scenario-based solutions and products to strengthen differentiated competitiveness; upgrading its distribution partner system and giving full product authorization to help distribution partners scale their business; a new enablement mechanism for installer partners to advance scenario-based sales; and an efficient and easy-to-use IT platform. Huawei remains committed to handling the complexity itself so that customers and partners can focus on growing.

4+10+N scenario-based solutions and products strengthen differentiated competitiveness

In 2025, Huawei released the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N SME intelligence solutions. In 2026, it will develop more than 40 new products based on the networking requirements of 10 one-stop solutions, further enhancing competitiveness. Besides that, Huawei will strengthen solution pre-integration, pre-verification, and multi-product portfolio collaboration to make it easier for installers to deliver solutions.

Upgrading the distribution partner system and giving full product authorization to help distribution partners scale their business

Huawei's distribution business is opening full-product authorization to competent and committed partners, allowing them to shift from single-product sales to scenario-based solution offerings. By leveraging its portfolio strengths, Huawei supports diamond and gold distribution partners in scaling their business, while enabling installer partners to benefit from one-stop procurement. For installer partners, Huawei will provide incentives and benefits, including sales rebates, points-based incentives, and technical training. The more that partners work with Huawei, the more incentives and benefits they will receive.

Enablement mechanism allows installer partners to advance scenario-based sales

To help partners enhance their sales of these solutions, Huawei will establish HUAWEI eKit Scenario-based Experience Centers in each rep office. Gold distribution partners can invite installer partners to these centers for scenario-based demonstrations, learning more about solutions, expert Q&A, and industry peer exchanges. Huawei will also assist gold distribution partners in building their own solution experience centers to empower installer partners to handle sales and services independently and improving overall operational efficiency.

Efficient and easy-to-use IT platform

With focus on the entire business journey of partners, Huawei will continually develop and improve the performance of intelligent platforms. In 2026, Huawei will provide centralized installation, network management, and customer services through the HUAWEI eKit app. This will vastly improve installer partner access to intelligent technologies and services, reduce delivery costs, and enable efficient and smooth delivery.

Looking ahead, Huawei will continue to build a one-stop portfolio of scenario-based solutions and products around its HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N framework. The company will also continue to work with partners to help SMEs advance their intelligent transformation.
