Linewell and Huawei Launch Public Service AI Agent Solution, Reshaping Global Public Service Paradigm

At the open speech, Yu Jinxiao, Overseas Technical Director of Linewell, delivered a speech titled "Intelligence Across Services: AI Empowers Infinite Innovations." In "AI+ One-Stop Public Services," advanced AI technology has propelled a qualitative leap from "functional and accessible" to "effortless and intelligent." This significantly streamlines workflows and optimizes service experiences, reducing form-filling time by 80% to 90% while boosting efficiency by 2 to 3 times through an innovative "Chat-to-Process" intelligent interaction model.

In "AI + Enterprise Services," the knowledge empowerment engine can complete the full deconstruction and digital orchestration of a policy within 30 seconds, delivering a more than 10-fold increase in efficiency compared to manual parsing. Meanwhile, the platform utilizes multi-dimensional matching algorithms between enterprise profiles and policy tags to enable a "proactive policy matching" service model. This significantly reduces the search and time costs for businesses to access policy dividends.

"AI + Citizen Health" uses intelligent agents to build a new paradigm of personalized, full-lifecycle, and tangible health management. This initiative propels health services to evolve from passive to proactive care.

In delivering a national integrated public service platform overseas, Linewell and Huawei have collaborated to build a unified cloud foundation, national databases, business hubs, and a unified portal.
