[Dongguan, China, April 1, 2026] Huawei held its second Global Financial EcoWeek, themed "Inspire • Collaborate • Achieve, Reshaping the Future of Finance", from March 31 to April 2 in Sanyapo, Dongguan. Targeting the global financial market, the event brought together over 400 attendees from Huawei partners in more than 30 countries and regions, including over 60 independent software vendors (ISVs) and over 120 system integrators (SIs) in the financial industry. During the event, Huawei unveiled a new 4-Win collaboration model and announced a comprehensive upgrade of its RONGHAI Program, aiming to accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of financial institutions through collaborative efforts.
Leo Chen, Huawei's Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, said in his opening speech, "Huawei is committed to helping industries go intelligent. We do this through four key initiatives: first, building an open software platform to help enterprises quickly develop and deploy AI agents; second, building leading AI computing infrastructure to support technical architecture upgrade and intelligent transformation across industries; third, strengthening AI agents, AI computing infrastructure, and AI engineering with partners and working together on massive high-quality datasets, scenario-specific models, and applications; and finally, building open systems for talent development and ecosystem collaboration to help scale up AI application and unlock its full value."
Chen highlighted the shift from product and equipment integrators to enablers of digital and intelligent transformation. This means moving beyond standard product integration, working together on scenario-based solutions, and replicating best practices globally.

Huawei has been deeply engaged in the financial industry for 16 years, serving more than 5,600 financial institutions worldwide. With a focus on resilient infrastructure, application modernization, data intelligence, and business innovation, Huawei has collaborated with over 150 partners to develop innovative solutions, achieved rapid and sustainable growth worldwide, and established multiple global lighthouse projects.
Jason Cao, CEO of Huawei Digital Finance BU, highlighted Huawei's focus on four strategic directions to build solution capabilities with partners and create new growth engines. He noted that Huawei is also increasing strategic investment in insurance, securities, and central banking to meet customers' transformation needs across industry segments.
To accelerate global transformation, Cao announced the 4-Win collaboration model. This model delivers value by providing customers with new solutions, ISV partners with new markets, SI partners with new offerings, and Huawei with new capabilities.
Based on its robust ICT infrastructure, Huawei selects leading ISVs in various financial domains to co-develop solutions. Through Huawei's global sales and service platform, ISVs gain worldwide market opportunities while contributing new business scenarios and solution capabilities to Huawei. SIs, with their strong presence in local markets, create new transformation opportunities and provide localized services for ISVs. In turn, ISVs' cutting-edge products and solutions enrich the offerings available to SIs—ultimately enabling faster innovation and greater value for customers.
A recent example is Huawei's collaboration with Sinosoft, a leading insurance software provider in China, and DataOne, a top system integrator in Thailand to modernize the core insurance platform of Thailand's second largest non-life insurance company. This project also represents a major milestone in the implementation of Huawei's 4-Win collaboration model in the global financial industry. By working with leading ISVs in China and local SIs worldwide, Huawei aims to help financial institutions accelerate their digital and intelligent transformation.

At this event, Huawei announced a comprehensive upgrade of the financial RONGHAI Program based on the new collaboration model, and introduced a new SI Value Growth sub-program to help local partners adopt joint solutions and develop new product offerings. This sub-program has attracted nine SI partners from Egypt, Singapore, Thailand, and other countries as the first batch of members.
For the Superior Solution, AI Innovation, and Go-Global sub-programs, Huawei continues to accelerate the development of global leading solution partners by carefully selecting partner capabilities and fostering innovative solutions to meet customers' diverse transformation needs. The Superior Solution and AI Innovation sub-programs have welcomed 10 and 30 new partners respectively, while the Go-Global sub-program expanded from 32 to 47 partners, showing the rapid expansion of Huawei's financial partner ecosystem.
Alvin Feng, President of Huawei Digital Finance International, noted that global financial institutions are rapidly advancing toward intelligence. High-quality data, agile technical platforms, and resilient and secure infrastructure determine how fast and how far AI transformation can go. This is creating a vast growth pathway for partners to achieve breakthrough innovations in financial services.
In application modernization, big data platforms, AI, and highly elastic infrastructure, Huawei collaborates with partners to deliver platforms with 99.999% availability, millisecond-level fraud prevention platforms, and a wide range of AI application scenarios, supporting global financial institutions' transformation and growth.

Huawei will deepen collaboration with ISVs to drive solution innovation, work with regional SIs to strengthen local market engagement, and combine the strengths of both SIs and ISVs. By remaining customer-centric, Huawei aims to deliver end-to-end services, from consulting and solutions to delivery and operations, supporting financial institutions throughout their transformation journey. This will accelerate the global implementation of 4-Win collaboration, benefiting customers, SIs, ISVs, and Huawei.
