Austin Zheng, Deputy Managing Director of Huawei Thailand, stated in his opening speech that Thailand is stepping into the Agentic AI era and evolving from a digital transformation participant into an ASEAN AI innovation hub. Meanwhile, local industries face five major bottlenecks in AI implementation, covering computing resources, data, models, security, and talent. To address these challenges, Huawei put forward the ACT framework: Assess high-value scenarios to form commercial closed loops; Calibrate AI models with high-quality vertical data to develop industry-specific models; Transform business operations with AI talent to speed up intelligent application development. This framework systematically addresses pain points in enterprise intelligent transformation. Leveraging its mature global ecosystem and rich portfolio of industry solutions, Huawei will continue to consolidate its local presence in Thailand, cultivate more local AI professionals through the ASEAN Academy, and support the development of an Intelligent Thailand with secure, trustworthy, and inclusive AI.
