iMaster NeoSight IT and Application Management

It effectively manages storage devices, servers, VMs, operating systems, databases, and web applications. Users can monitor the status of their IT resources, query resource capacity, and visualize performance information. Additionally, service views can be orchestrated to provide a visual representation of status changes and the quality of application systems in the ICT infrastructure, ensuring service reliability.

Specifications

Characteristic Description
Server management Server management requirements It allows users to manage basic server information, such as the server name, IP address, online status, health status, type, model, description, and information update time, as well as information about components, such as power supply, fan modules, CPUs, DIMMs, hard disks, mainboards, and switch modules.
Server status monitoring requirements It allows users to monitor the statuses of servers and server components such as CPUs, DIMMs, NICs, PCIe cards, disks, fan modules, and power supply. All the status information is displayed on the server panel.
Server performance monitoring It allows users to monitor server KPIs, such as the CPU usage, memory usage, and hard disk capacity.
Server configuration and deployment requirements It allows users to configure names, description, UIDs, power-on and power-off settings, and device management protocols for servers one by one.
It supports remote OS deployment and firmware update.
Storage management Storage device management It allows users to monitor basic storage device information and other information, such as about performance, alarms, capacity (hard disk domains, storage pools, LUNs, and file systems), and hardware (controllers and ports).
It allows users to monitor basic FC switch information and other information, such as about alarms and ports (FC switch ports and other ports).
Storage device performance monitoring It allows users to monitor multiple storage device KPIs, such as the I/O latency, IOPS, bandwidth, disk usage, and CPU usage, helping O&M personnel quickly learn about storage device performance.
Storage capacity management It allows users to monitor storage device capacity information, such as about disk domains, storage pools, LUNs, and file systems, helping O&M personnel optimize storage device space and resource.
Storage report It offers storage capacity distribution reports, device status statistics reports, alarm statistics reports, and statistics reports on physical and storage pool capacity of storage devices.
Application management OS monitoring It allows users to view the status, name, IP address, subnet, version, physical memory, vendor, and other information about operating systems.
It allows users to view basic operating system information (such as the name, IP address, release version, operating system version, and kernel version), alarm information, partition list, process list, NIC list, and protocol parameters.
It allows users to monitor operating system performance, including the system connectivity, CPU usage, memory usage, disk usage, disk partition usage, and number of network connections.
Database monitoring It allows users to view the status, name, IP address, subnet, port, type, driver name, version, vendor, and other information of databases.
It allows users to view basic database information (such as the status, name, IP address, subnet, port, type, and driver name), alarm information, and protocol parameters.
It allows users to monitor database performance, including the system connectivity, connection response time, number of connections, percentage of used connections, memory usage, and hit rate.
Web application monitoring It allows users to view the status, name, IP address, subnet, port, type, version, and other information of web applications.
It allows users to view basic web application information (such as the status, name, IP address, and type), alarm information, and protocol parameters.
It allows users to monitor web application performance, including the system connectivity and response time.
Service visualization Service visualization It offers the automatic topology discovery of applications, middleware, operating systems, VMs, servers, and network devices.
It allows users to evaluate service system quality by health, busyness, availability, and historical trend.
