During digital transformation, complex service requirements are increasing extensively across many industries and scenarios, such as Smart City, Smart Park, Smart Transportation, government cloud, and policing cloud. ICT infrastructure needs to be upgraded to roll out services quickly and deliver the ultimate user experiences. In order to enhance productivity, automated tools are an irreplaceable driving force towards each customer’s digital transformation.

Huawei Enterprise Services delineated a cloud transformation strategy released at HUAWEI CONNECT 2017, integrating various cloud-based tools through years of investment to formulate the ServiceTurbo Cloud platform.

ServiceTurbo Cloud Enables Industry Customer’s Digital Transformation

“Aggregation, openness, sharing, intelligence, and agility are inherent features of ServiceTurbo Cloud. This cloud platform is ready to connect ecosystem partners and build a win-win business model to help customers achieve digital transformation,” said Ma Xuhui, Chief Architect of the Enterprise Technical Service Department.

Designed for multiple industries and sectors, such as Smart City and Smart Park, ServiceTurbo Cloud supports more than 100 applications and over 1,000 physical products, providing one-stop tool support for all processes, products, and services. More than 6,000 design and evaluation rules have been preconfigured on the platform as part of automated and intelligent applications, which can improve the delivery efficiency by more than 60 percent. At the same time, the platform provides developer environments, cloud assembly lines, and over 50 shared public services to promote agile development. New service requirements of customers need to be handled quickly. For example, the rollout period of the WLAN Planner was shortened from two months to two weeks after its requirements submission.

Huawei is committed to working with customers in the long term and takes a future-oriented approach to drive enterprise digital transformation through the power of the platform. So far, 211 of the Fortune Global 500 companies (including 48 Fortune Global 100 companies) have selected Huawei as their digital transformation partner.
