Visualizing Operations, Security, and Services
Huawei provides E2E, cloud-pipe-device, smart airport infrastructure, deploying cameras, sensors, and mobile terminals to form an airport sensing layer. With multiple transmission channels — eLTE, Wi-Fi, agile networks — cloud-based unified communications, video cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data platforms combine to cover the entire airport. Global data sharing and analysis capabilities build an A-CDM system and AODB, and operations, security, and services are all visualized. Visualized Airport Operational Processes A single LTE network provides broadband trunking, data collection, and video transmission services, while Huawei’s Integrated Communications Platform (ICP) offers multiple communications methods, including trunking, video conferencing, and telephony. The infrastructure facilitates unified dispatch and command of various roles and departments, significantly transforming ground services and improving work efficiency. Visualized Airport Safety In terminal buildings and public areas, intelligent video technologies help implement a wide variety of functions such as passenger behavior analysis, moving object detection, loitering detection, abandoned object and object removal detection, passenger density analysis, passenger flow analysis, and passenger number statistics. Intelligent video analysis provides effective early warning, incident analysis and handling, and post-incident evidence collection and investigation. Visualized Airport Services The Internet of Everything (IoT), big data analytics, high-density Wi-Fi: all combine to ensure an optimal passenger experience. IoT technologies enable passengers to view the status and location of their baggage throughout the entire process, including check-in, transportation, and collection, reducing incidents of lost luggage. Wi-Fi indoor location technology helps airport operators rapidly calculate passenger traffic and react accordingly, opening or closing security channels to improve efficiency. Improving the passenger experience further, high-density Wi-Fi within terminals offers passengers access to entertainment and communications while they wait.
