[中国，深圳，2023年6月19日] 近日，Gartner公布《2023企业有线和无线LAN基础设施“客户之声”》（2023年5月）榜单。截至2023年3月21日，华为在Gartner Peer Insights总计197条评分中收获4.9分（满分5.0分），成为除北美厂商外唯一入选厂家。我们相信，此次获得“客户之选”称号体现了全球客户对华为高品质万兆云园区网络的充分肯定与持续信任。华为也在四个细分市场中的三个获得了“客户之选”：中型企业（50M-1B USD），亚太地区，欧洲以及中东和非洲市场。
截至2023年3月31日，来自全球制造、服务、教育和通信行业的客户，从产品功能、部署运维、销售经验和支持经验多个维度，通过华为云园区网络全系列产品（CloudEngine系列交换机、AirEngine系列无线接入点（Access Point）和iMaster NCE自动化&智能化网络管理平台）和解决方案对华为进行了综合评估。华为相信这些评价体现了全球客户对华为园区网络产品的产业地位、部署规模、成熟商用的高度认可。
首先，在无线接入侧，华为基于客户典型场景下的关键问题，通过持续的天线技术创新，实现WLAN的连续组网和用户体验持续领先，做到真正全行业全场景无线替代有线。一位来自医疗行业的客户表示：“对于特定场景选用特定的天线，华为为我们提供了3种选择。室内场景，如果覆盖小于5米，华为用内置双频共面智能天线，覆盖半径提升30%；如果覆盖为5-30米，在AP安装前华为会提供一体化安装件，方便高空安装。如果是室外场景，华为独家配备2.4GHz 8T8R天线，接收灵敏度提升2dB~3dB。”[1]
其次，在网络架构上，华为创新推出了中心交换机+远端模块的极简架构，网络三层变两层，管理节点更少，网络扩展更灵活。一位政府部门的客户表示：“华为简化的网络架构为有线办公终端带来了极大的便利。交换机可以直接放置在桌面，解决了弱电机房资源不足的问题。”[2]
最后，在网络部署与运维方面，华为基于人工智能打造的iMaster NCE自动化&智能化网络管理平台，率先实现了园区网络L3自动驾驶，受到广大客户的青睐。一位制造行业的客户表示：“iMaster NCE-CampusInsight可以显示整个网络状态，实时查看网络时延，并自动检测和解决部分问题，极大地减轻了运维人员的工作量。此外，iMaster NCE-CampusInsight还可以查看网络中应用的质量，确保关键应用的安全。这是个不错的功能。”[3]
