Register to Win a Visitor Pass for GITEX GLOBAL 2024 Terms and Conditions

Mechanism

1. Every user who registers for the activity will have a chance to win a prize, namely one Visitor Pass for GITEX GLOBAL 2024 (valid October 14–18).

2. The activity organizer will randomly draw winners from among all users registered for the activity. Winners will be announced on this website by October 8. (The valid period for this activity is from September 25 to October 6, 2024. List of Winners)

3. The event organizer will notify winners through Huawei's official email account and send a unique e-ticket promo code. Winners must claim their own ticket after receiving this notification email, using the promo code.

Disclaimer

1. A Visitor Pass prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value or any other item or discount

2. The prize is limited to an entrance ticket only. Winners are responsible for all other expenses including onsite Internet access, transportation, and accommodation.

3. Participants agree to be bound by all terms and laws related to this activity on this page, including but not limited to the registration agreement, official terms of use, and privacy. Participants agree to fulfilling all corresponding obligations.

4. The activity organizer is only responsible for the validity of a ticket and assumes no responsibility for a winner's failure to arrive and enter the GITEX GLOBAL site due to personal reasons.

5. The e-ticket must be registered within the time period required by the GITEX GLOBAL organizer. Huawei assumes no responsibility for failed entrance due to a failure to complete registration in time.

6. The activity organizer reserves the right to cancel a participant's eligibility to enter the activity and/or entitlement to the prize without prior notice if the participant is found to be participating by dishonest means.

7. The activity organizer shall have no liabilities or responsibilities whatsoever for any delay, loss of information, or error in network transmission experienced by participants.

8. Huawei employees are not eligible to participate in this activity.

9. In the event of any discrepancy, the activity organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
