Huawei is the first in the industry to offer a Software-Defined Packet Transport Network (SPTN) solution that features unified multi-service transmission, high bandwidth, and differentiated quality assurance to build future-oriented packet transport networks.
The PTN 900 series features next-generation multi-service access devices oriented to packet transport applicable to the access side of carrier networks. Product highlights include a compact design, flexible installation, and easy Operations and Maintenance (O&M). With benefits such as any media access, synchronization, and management, PTN 900 can work with other products to form an E2E packet transport network, reducing network construction and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and improving service deployment and network O&M efficiency.
Unified Transmission with Any Service Access
Supports E1, STM-1, xDSL, FE, and GE service interfaces and provide access for TDM, Ethernet, and IP services.
Packet Kernel, Low Latency, and High Reliability
Provides GE, 10 GE, 40 GE, and 100 GE interfaces to meet large-granularity forwarding requirements.
Intelligent O&M, Detection, and Troubleshooting
Go online automatically on the Data Communication Network (DCN) through plug-and-play and instrument-free deployment; hardware Operation, Administration And Maintenance (OAM) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) visibility; expert experience library integration for automatic fault analysis; and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architecture smooth evolution.
