[Shanghai, China, September 20, 2023] At the Xinghe Network Summit themed "Accelerate Industry Intelligence with Xinghe Network" held during HUAWEI CONNECT 2023, more than 800 government and industry representatives came together to discuss how AI network technologies will reshape our future. Created to fuel the intelligent transformation of numerous industries, Huawei's Xinghe Network Solution was officially unveiled by Leon Wang, President of Huawei Data Communication Product Line.

This white paper delves into the development trends, network architecture, and key technological innovations of AI services, demonstrating the technical leadership of Xinghe Network Solution. Aiming to promote digital intelligent transformation across industries and propel industry upgrade and cooperation, the white paper provides a reference for building a high-performance network for foundation model training.

[Shanghai, China, September 20, 2023] On Day 1 of HUAWEI CONNECT 2023, Huawei's annual flagship event for the global ICT industry, Huawei, joined by industry organizations, experts, customers, and partners, announced the Huawei Pangu Government Model Joint Innovation Program at the "2023 Digital Economy Summit & Smart City Forum." With the goal of improving public services and accelerating the digital transformation of cities, participants of this program have agreed to collaborate in exploring ways to use foundation models (large pre-trained AI models) to empower a wide range of smart city applications, such as intelligent government services, government office digitalization, and intelligent city governance, and to drive the digital government, digital economy, and digital society projects outlined in the 14th Five-Year Plan of governments at all levels in China. More than 800 chief executives from cities all over China attended this summit.

Wang shared Huawei's views on and experience in helping industries make the most of intelligence. He also announced the launch of Huawei's new Atlas 900 SuperCluster. This new AI computing cluster, the latest offering in Huawei's Ascend series of computing products, makes use of a brand-new architecture. In addition, Wang announced nine new intelligent industry solutions based on Huawei's Intelligent Transformation reference architecture. These solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of different industries, including finance, government, manufacturing, electric power, and railway.
