Recently, Huawei and Forrester jointly released a thought leadership white paper titled "Artificial Intelligence Firewalls — The Intelligent Solution For Enterprise Cybersecurity" and defined the new wave of next-generation AI firewalls (AIFWs). As well as resolving the drawbacks of the next-generation firewall (NGFW) static rule engine, these moves also aim to enhance threat detection and address the challenges of security O&M through automation.
Huawei's NetEngine 8000 Series routers received the "Global Service Router New Product Innovation Leadership Award" from Frost & Sullivan, a renowned consulting firm, at the Excellence in Best Practices Awards Gala. This award recognizes Huawei's contributions to product innovation in the newly launched NetEngine 8000 series routers, which provide an all-scenario unified platform that features a high capacity of up to 14.4T per slot, SRv6-powered intelligent connections, and AI-boosted intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M).
[Shanghai, China, September 24, 2019] At HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei launched the industry's first T-level AIFW: HiSecEngine USG12000. Equipped with Huawei Ascend dedicated chips, these AIFWs deliver industry-leading intelligent detection capabilities and intelligent border defense for enterprise networks.

At HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei held an IP networking summit with the theme of "Leading Intelligent Networks". During the summit, Huawei launched its 3-layer AI architecture of intelligent IP networks and a full series of new products. Featured products include the innovative AI Turbo series of Huawei's "four-engine" products, iMaster NCE (an autonomous driving network management and control system), and iMaster NAIE (the industry's first network AI center). Huawei also highlighted the three fundamental features of intelligent IP networks and demonstrated how AI can be integrated into all layers of IP networks. These new offerings and capabilities deliver new levels of intelligence in IP networks, leading intelligent IP networks and accelerating the advent of autonomous driving networks.
During HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei introduced its Intelligent Campus Ecosystem Plan and the intelligent HiCampus solution jointly developed with partners for enterprise customers in China and beyond. The announcement came during an intelligent campus summit themed around "bringing digital to every campus for pervasive intelligence."
During the HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei signed a global cooperation agreement with Allied Computing Services Limited (ACSL) to further strengthen Huawei's global partner alliance ecosystem for multinational corporations (MNCs). This cooperation will enable better consistent services and transaction platforms for customers and partners across more than 180 countries worldwide. By doing so, Huawei and ACSL will work together to help MNCs address challenges in the global deployment of ICT equipment and services.
At HUAWEI CONNECT 2019, Huawei unveiled its next-generation intelligent product strategy and new +AI products for the enterprise market. The new products and solutions include a three-layer AI architecture based on the Engine AI Turbo product series, the iMaster NCE autonomous driving network management and control system, and the industry’s first iMaster NAIE network artificial intelligence (AI) platform; a new-generation OceanStor Dorado intelligent all-flash storage based on Kunpeng and Ascend processors; Huawei OptiXtrans DC908, the industry's first intelligent data center interconnect (DCI) product; and more.
