OceanStor Pacific 9540 Scale-out Storage

OceanStor Pacific 9540 is a new scale-out storage system that houses one node per 4U chassis. With each node offering ultra-high capacity — ranging from 216 TB to 576 TB — and flexible component configurations, the system meets the access requirements of a wide range of structured and unstructured data workloads.

OceanStor Pacific 9540 also offers a maximum of 22 + 2 Erasure Code (EC) redundancy ratio, achieving a disk space utilization rate of 91.6%. The system is cost effective and can work with OceanStor Pacific 9920 to build a tiered storage solution. Indeed, OceanStor Pacific 9540 provides flexible data access services for diverse scenarios, from virtualization and cloud resource pools to High Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, and big data analytics, as well as long-term backup and archiving of mass data.
