[São Paulo, Brazil, August 5, 2025] At the Huawei Network Summit 2025 held in São Paulo, Brazil, Huawei officially unveiled its newly upgraded Xinghe AI Fabric solution for the Latin America region during a session themed "Xinghe AI Fabric, Powering the AI Era." Built on a three-layer network architecture—AI Brain, AI Connection, and AI Network Element—this solution delivers a highly resilient data center network with full computing capacity and continuous service availability, propelling digital intelligent transformation across Latin America.

Arthur Wang, President of Data Center Network Domain, Huawei Data Communication Product Line, sharing industry insights
During his keynote, Arthur Wang pointed out that the rapid evolution of AI and the continual upgrade of cloud architectures are driving data center networks to a pivotal juncture. Leveraging the AI Brain, AI Connection, and AI Network Element framework, the newly upgraded Xinghe AI Fabric solution integrates:
• Robust reliability through a "rock-solid" architectural design
• Three-layer automation—network, operations & maintenance (O&M), and services—driven by the network digital map
Together, these innovations help Latin American enterprises achieve full computing power and uninterrupted service delivery.
• AI Brain: Utilizes the exclusive network digital map and NetMaster (network AI agent) for drag-and-drop service orchestration, integrated application-network O&M automation, and end-to-end heterogeneous network automation—significantly boosting O&M efficiency.
• AI Connection: Implements Huawei's proprietary network-scale load balancing (NSLB) algorithm to optimize path planning, eliminate performance bottlenecks, and accelerate AI training and inference by over 10%. The iReliable technology in the rock-solid architecture multiplies network reliability by ten times.
• AI Network Element: Employs CloudEngine series data center switches and StarryLink optical modules to enable high-precision traffic sensing and real-time visualization of packet loss and latency. Intrinsic security technologies and group-based isolation capabilities further enhance overall network protection.

Eduardo Anhaia, Network Director at Brazil Compwire, Sharing Business Practice Results
Eduardo Anhaia described his partnership with Huawei: "Huawei's Xinghe AI Fabric solution enables us to build efficient and ultra-resilient multi-vendor heterogeneous networks and achieve joint maintenance and management. This has dramatically accelerated our service deployment and elevated the intelligence of our data center O&M."
Looking ahead, Huawei will continue to collaborate with partners and customers to deepen research and innovation in the data center network domain, drive intelligent network upgrades and generational evolution, and inject fresh momentum into digital intelligent transformation across industries in Latin America.
