One Bangkok is the largest holistically integrated district in The Heart of Bangkok. The network must ensure wired and wireless coverage of the entire development to meet user experience requirements, including mobile and personalized network needs for offices, retailers, consumers, residents, and owners, as well as high-performance network capabilities in complex application scenarios with diversified systems and buildings. Furthermore, it must be able to evolve seamlessly and smoothly, flexibly support smart applications, and achieve sustainable development.
As the master system integrator with experience in smart cities/ smart buildings, TCC Technology blends the cutting-edge technologies with deep industry expertise, ensuring tailor solutions that propel One Bangkok to the forefront of smart city development. In the network infrastructure area, TCCtech collaborate with Huawei, the global comprehensive IP+FTTO solution and Digital Twin technology to power One Bangkok in transforming the connectivity and communication in their public zone through a carefully planned, multi-phase approach that delivers three key principles: livability, workability, and sustainability.
• Advanced Network Solutions Implementation ：Huawei's high-quality 10 Gbps campus network solution builds an information highway for One Bangkok. It provides efficient, stable, and reliable network connections for various scenarios, such as offices, residentials, hotels, and shopping malls and delivers smooth wireless Internet access. Featuring large bandwidth, high concurrency, and low latency, the solution delivers an excellent network experience. In addition, Huawei's intelligent O&M platform iMaster NCE-Campus predicts network faults, improves O&M efficiency, and simplifies management.
• Smart Infrastructure: Implemented innovative smart lamp poles that blend with the premium architectural design while eliminating outdoor cabinet requirements.
• Smart City Integration: Established comprehensive IoT infrastructure supporting advanced urban services.
Based on Huawei's intelligent campus solution, multiple subsystems, comprising security, facility, energy consumption and access control, are interconnected. Powered by Digital Twin, the district achieves fully converged data, full visibility on the status of managed services, and fully controllable events, thus improving operational efficiency and decision-making. The solution builds a 3D visualization model providing an overall view of the One Bangkok District, with high-fidelity visualization of architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including six sub-systems in Central Utility Plant (CUP) and Basement 5. This acts as a interface for users to zoom into specific areas for detailed views of buildings and specific information.
Three operational themes, comprising Facility Management, Security, and Sustainability - are implemented in a user-friendly dashboard. The dashboard aggregates value measurement indicators, provides real-time service running status and trigger alarms to management personnel. It also streamlines a large amount of data across the One Bangkok district, enables data-driven decision-making, and makes operations more precise. Multiple subsystems are integrated into the Huawei platform, including BMS, car parking, weather stations, CCTV, access control, and IoT sensors.
Moreover, the intelligent campus platform supports easy multi-campus access for future expansion. We look forward to opportunities in expanding to other properties as the centralized platform can minimize human effort and thus reduces OPEX.
