Born in 1974, Mr. Zhou holds a doctorate degree from University of Edinburgh. Mr. Zhou joined Huawei in 2008 and has served as Wireless R&D Manager, Director of the Mobile Innovation Center (MIC) of the European Subdivision of the Wireless Network Product Line, President of Wireless Small Cell Networks, Director of the Wireless Network Marketing Dept, and President of the Data Storage Product Line. Currently, Mr. Zhou serves as a member of the Board and CEO of Huawei Cloud.
