The PTN 7900 series is the industry’s first Software Defined Networking (SDN)-based Packet Transport Network (PTN) device, with large capacity and high bandwidth. The series provides 40 GE, 50 GE, 100 GE, and 400 GE interfaces, intelligent services, traffic visualization, quality measurement, and capacity predictability, supporting long-term evolution and multi-service transmission for enterprises effectively.It can be used as the core transmission device in the production network of the electric power, transportation, and mining industries.
Ultra-Broadband, Ideal for Core Carriers
Supports mass service forwarding, meeting the capacity requirements of core nodes. Ultra-large 40 GE, 50 GE, 100 GE, and 400 GE interfaces guarantee smooth service forwarding, with strong aggregation capability allowing the access of many base stations.
Powerful Forwarding Ensures Free Scheduling
Provides strong routing capability and supports ultra-large routing tables. Powerful VPN capabilities and multi-service transmission support meet the flexible scheduling requirements of multiple interfaces.
High Reliability for Core Networks
The redundancy design for control boards, cross-connect boards, power modules, and fans provides device-level protection. Ring networking, dual-homing, VPN FRR, and LSP APS provide network-level protection. Advanced Y.1731 and MPLS-TP Operation, Administration And Maintenance (OAM) enable E2E refined service monitoring.
