[Paris, France, May 28, 2026] The OceanClub Talent Ecosystem Forum was held on May 20 at the Huawei Innovative Data Infrastructure (IDI) Forum. The event brought together technical experts, corporate leaders, and ecosystem partners from across the global data storage industry. Under the theme of "Inspire, Innovate, Ignite: Fostering a Thriving Ecosystem for a Future of Shared Success," the forum mapped out the future of data storage in the AI era. Huawei unveiled a blueprint for its storage partner ecosystem based on this platform, showcased outstanding partner projects, and presented two partner awards. At the event, Huawei called for global storage talent to co-author the industry's next chapter of shared success.
Xia Xingchang, Vice President of Huawei's European Enterprise Business, highlighted in his speech that Huawei's European storage partners surpassed 1,000 in 2025. This has fueled partner-driven business growth by 37%, a success built on mutual trust and collaborative investment. In 2026, Huawei Data Storage will deepen its "Partner + Huawei" strategy, working with partners to innovate storage solutions and deliver quality services.

Leon Zhang, Director of Huawei's European Enterprise Partner Development Mgmt Dept, emphasized that Huawei will provide multifaceted enablement for its data storage partners, helping them turn digital and AI opportunities into tangible business growth.
Partner policy upgrade: Adhering to the principle of "partner investment for partner success," Huawei will introduce diversified business incentives and maximize shared benefits.
Solution innovation: Huawei and its partners will continue innovating storage solutions for industries like healthcare, education, retail, and MSPs.
Enablement: OceanClub will host over 600 activities worldwide (100+ in Europe) to enable peer communication. Initiatives including the Golden Seed Training, Pacific Plan Advanced Training, and Data Storage Partner Elite Challenge for the Commercial Market will help partners elevate their technical and practical capabilities.

At the forum, leading experts at the forefront of the industry explored trends in storage innovation and identified five development paths: data explosion, inference context memory, AI factories, AI data platforms, and cybersecure storage. They formulated a new technical vision and outlined development directions for partners.
Two exceptional partners at the forum delivered detailed presentations on proven business experience in the context of IT transformation and technical hurdles.
On the topic of market competitiveness, Sven Rudolph, CEO of Scitech, a partner in Germany, shared how his company developed a competitive healthcare solution for a customer based on Huawei OceanStor Dorado all-flash storage. This solution allowed Scitech to win the long-term trust of the customer. By helping the customer achieve fast access to clinical data and protect mission-critical HIS and PACS systems, Scitech successfully accelerated its entry into the digital healthcare market.

On the topic of business growth, Cyrille Vigilant, Solution Sales Expert of the French partner Computacenter, said that their business based on Huawei products has increased by 200% year on year in the past two years, thanks to close collaboration with Huawei. At a global retailer, the Huawei Datacenter Virtualization Solution (DCS) reduced TCO by 50% and improved O&M efficiency by over 200%. This not only modernized the retailer's IT infrastructure, but also fueled robust business growth for Computacenter.

At the event, Huawei presented two awards: Huawei Storage Partner Golden Seed Excellence Awards to 12 outstanding partners who distinguished themselves through the Golden Seed training program, and Huawei Storage Partner Certification Technology Pioneer Awards to 6 technology pioneers who took the lead in earning Huawei Data Storage certifications in 2026.
