Huawei Hosts Service Roundtable to Consolidate Service System at Huawei ME&CA Tech Carnival & Partner Summit 2024

[Baku, Azerbaijan, May 14, 2024] Huawei held a dedicated Service Roundtable at the Huawei ME&CA Tech Carnival & Partner Summit 2024 in Baku, Azerbaijan to demonstrate its latest partner-related policies and tools designed to enhance collaboration with partners. The roundtable discussed O3 Community, a platform for partners aimed at upgrading service intelligence as well as Powered Implementation Service for Networking.

Key Functions of O3 Community:

Multilingual materials: The O3 Community serves as a comprehensive knowledge and experience library tailored to scenario-based services. It offers 117 technical documents and guides in German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. In addition, an upcoming AI-assisted reading function which is going to be released soon will translate all documents from English into multiple languages, significantly improving delivery efficiency for partners.

Online laboratories: These labs concentrate on major delivery project scenarios and have been accessed over 20,000 times so far. Remote access and one-click reservation help partners quickly enhance their capabilities through hands-on practices.

Tool: The O3 platform has released 18 tools and opened access for partners, including storage simulators, datacom configuration generation tools and others, which includes the popular eNSP Pro, a datacom training and certification simulator, and the storage O&M tool SmartKit for remote delivery. Partners can significantly improve their efficiency using these tools.

Launch of Powered Implementation Service for Networking 2.1

Huawei also released the Powered Implementation Service for Networking 2.1 during the forum. This service primarily offers remote support to enhance partners' capabilities in network project delivery. Firstly, the service addresses the issue of insufficient capabilities of service partners, gradually enhancing their delivery capabilities. Secondly, Huawei shares its expertise with partners during project delivery, thereby improving customer satisfaction. The service offers design collaboration, review collaboration, and implementation assurance collaboration services across various scenarios, including campus, data center, WAN branch, optical access, and optical transmission DCI networks.

Service Highlights:

Design collaboration: This service provides best practice-based detailed solution design documents for partners.

Review collaboration: This service is designed for partners who are capable of designing but need review support from Huawei experts. The service provides document templates, identifies potential technology or implementation risks, and guide solution optimization.

Implementation collaboration: This service provides guidance and verification during installation and implementation, solves problems during commissioning or change, and ensures delivery quality.
