[Macao, China, June 1–2, 2023] On June 1–2, the 14th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) was held in Macao. This year's Forum attracted large numbers of attendees — over 3000 industry representatives from 700 institutions in more than 60 countries. At IIICF, Huawei put forward a new proposition — using digital technologies to enable infrastructure, such as transportation and electric power, to go smart, digital, and green.

[Marrakech, Morocco, June 1, 2023] During GITEX Africa 2023, Huawei held its first Huawei Network Summit (HNS) on the African continent. With the theme of "Innovations Never Stop", HNS attracted over 400 customers and partners from Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, South Africa, and many other African countries. At the event, Huawei explored the future of data communication networks and dived into continued innovations in seven major scenarios: office campus, production campus, branch interconnection, wide area network (WAN), data center network (DCN), network security, and commercial & distribution business markets. Huawei also joined forces with pioneering customers to launch diversified SD-WAN products ideal for "10 Gbps campus networks", as well as CloudEngine 16800-X, the industry's first data center switch built for diversified computing power.

Delegates from pioneering customers across industries attended the launch ceremony in person, and this program recruited more than 300 IP Club members at the event. With Morocco as the starting point, the IP Club member program builds a local professional IP technology community to accelerate digital transformation across industries on the African continent.
[Dongguan, China, May 29, 2023] Today, Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) — Indonesia's national electric power company — and Huawei signed a strategic cooperation agreement on power digitalization. In attendance at the signing ceremony were Darmawan Prosodjo, CEO of PLN, Yusuf Didi Setiarto, Director of Legal and Human Capital Management of PLN, David Sun, CEO of Huawei's Electric Power Digitalization BU, Nicolas Ma, President of Huawei Asia-Pacific Enterprise Business Group, and Zhao Maiqing, CTO of Huawei Home Broadband Products. The agreement was signed by Hartanto Wibowo, Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development of PLN, and Long Guo, CEO of Huawei Indonesia.

Huawei also showcased several new storage products and enablement plans for the commercial market.
