HUAWEI eKit Installer Register and Win Campaign Rules

I. Overview on the HUAWEI eKit Installer Register and Win Campaign

HUAWEI eKit Official Website has established the Register and Win Campaign (referred to as "Campaign") for installer companies (including self-employed installers) (“Installer”) who meet the applicable conditions. Once any new installation which complies with the “Campaign Rules”, the Installer can claim free rewarded devices as listed.

II. Campaign Territory and Campaign organizer

• Campaign territory: Germany
• Campaign organizer: Huawei Technologies Duesseldorf GmbH with its registered office at Hansaallee 205，40549 Düsseldorf

III. Duration of Campaign

The Campaign will start at 00:00:00 on 1th June, 2026 (GMT +2) and will finish at 23:59:59 on 30th Sep, 2026. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Huawei reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate the Campaign at any time, and to determine the locations in which the Campaign is available, subject to resource availability and operational requirements .

IV. Participation Qualifications

Only those who satisfy the following condition can participate in the Campaign:

• The owner or the authorized representative of the company which are “Registered Installer Partner” on the HUAWEI eKit Official Website

V. Campaign Rules:

a) Registration Date: The Registration date of the “Registered Installer Partner” must be after the campaign starting date and before the campaign ending date.

b) Application to claim: The owner or the authorized representative of the “Registered Installer Partner” must submit the application form to claim the rewards after the campaign starting date and before the campaign ending date.

VI. How to participate

Step 1: Register your company as “Registered Installer Partner”

a) Register your individual account in HUAWEI Account system. Registration Link.

b) Login HUAWEI eKit Official Website with your individual account. HUAWEI eKit Official Website

c) Select your country and language

d) Select “Become Installer Partner”

e) Fill the needed information according to the registration process

f) Submit the registration application and wait for HUAWEI team’s review and feedback on the requested registration.

Step 2: Fill the Campaign form and submit to claim the rewards.

a) Click the Campaign link through the campaign banner or links from social medias.

b) Due to system technical limit, we need you to fille some basic information to verify the identity of your information as listed below:

• Country
• Company Name
• Partner Code (Find your partner code in your “company information” page once you are logged in eKit Website)
  
• Telephone & Email
• Delivery Address (Street No. Postcode, City)

c) Select the reward option you want to receive from HUAWEI eKit

d) Submit the application form and HUAWEI team will review your applications.

e) Once your application is verified. HUAWEI will manage the rewards delivery with our 3rd party delivery partner

VII. Applicable Product List

Any promotional gifts provided under the Campaign are of nominal value only and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.

VIII. Disclaimer

a) The Campaign and any promotional gifts provided under it are intended solely for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes. No gift, benefit, or item provided under the Campaign is intended to improperly influence any business decision or secure any improper advantage. Participation in the Campaign and receipt of any promotional gift do not create any obligation to purchase products or services, enter into any business relationship, or provide preferential treatment to Huawei.

b) Huawei is not liable for any losses or damage caused to you in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Campaign or other information obtained through your (or any other person's) access to and/or use of the Campaign.

c) To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction, Huawei is not liable to you or to anyone else for any liabilities, losses, damages, or compensations if you or anyone else are unable to access or use the Campaign or the web pages due to:

1. Any suspension or termination of the Campaign by Huawei to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
2. Any delay or failure of a system or network communication that is owned or controlled by someone other than Huawei;
3. Any errors or interruption due to hacker attacks or similar security breaches; or
4. Any other event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control.

d) The web pages and the Campaign are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, Huawei disclaims any and all warranties, conditions, or other clauses of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantee, undertaking, representation, or warranty for the following:

1. The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Campaign.
2. The quality and after-sales service of gifts redeemed through participation in the Campaign.

e) By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants represent and warrant that their participation in the Campaign and acceptance of any promotional gift complies with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and employer rules applicable to them.

f) Huawei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, withhold, cancel, or reclaim any promotional gift where participation may violate applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, ethics, or compliance requirements.

g) Huawei employees, representatives or officials of governmental entities, state-owned enterprises, public international organizations, or public procurement bodies are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

h) Huawei reserves the right to limit participation and/or promotional gifts to one per individual, company, or organization.

IX. Privacy Statement

When participants accumulate and redeem rewarded devices according to the Rules, we will collect and use participants' personal data in accordance with the Campaign. We will use and protect participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the eKit Website.

X. Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and operation of the Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Both parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Campaign or related to the Campaign shall be submitted to the competent court in Czech Republic.

XI. Validity of Clauses

If any clause (or part of a clause) of the Campaign is ruled by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed that such a clause has been deleted from the Rules and all the remaining clauses of the Campaign shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that they are capable of standing without the clauses ruled void, invalid, or unenforceable.

XII. Account Security

You must keep the username and password of your community ID secret and confidential, and you must not share them with anyone else. We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and shall bear any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims of any sort as a result of you providing your community ID details to a third party.

XIII. Revision and Update of the Rules

Huawei reserves the unilateral right to revise the “CAMPAIGN RULES” at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the eKit Website after any such changes are released shall be deemed as your acceptance of said changes. Huawei reserves the right of final interpretation of the Campaign rules.
