This Privacy Statement gives you information about the personal data we collect about you in relation to Huawei Connect Europe Night 2025 (hereinafter “the Event”) and how and for what purposes we process your personal data.

For the purposes of internal archiving and internal summarization. The personal data agreed to be processed will be shared to within the Peoples’ Republic of China by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. For the purpose of assistance with photography and videography , the Chinese supplier Smartcom (Hong Kong) Co., Limited will also provide support. |
When the data are transferred to a third country that does not ensure adequate level of protection of personal data, Huawei complies with applicable legal requirements for providing adequate safeguards by incorporating the Standard Contractual Clauses with relevant supplementary measures in such transfer. (3) Disclosures related to legal requirements and business transactions
Huawei may share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority based on an applicable law or in connection with legal proceeding or process.
